C02 . Will it cost me anything to make a claim?

To make a claim you must complete a Claim Form. If you are claiming for Accident & Sickness there is a section that must be completed by your doctor. Your doctor is entitled to make a charge for this and you are responsible for this cost.

Generally speaking, if you are making an Unemployment claim your former employer will not charge for completing their section of the claim form.

If the Claims Administrators subsequently need further information from your doctor(s) they will pay any associated fees.
