B00. What will I receive when I apply for ASUdirect?
When you first submit your application to us we will send you an email that confirms the application and has copies of documents that the Financial Services Authority require us to send you. These are the Initial Disclosure Document, a Demands and Needs Statement and a Policy Summary. Copies of these documents are on our website if you need to refer to them at any time.
Once your application is accepted we will send another email telling you when cover will start, when the first premium will be collected and how much you will be paying. We will also attach a copy of the Full Policy Wording. You should save this to your PC or print out a copy.
A Schedule of Insurance will be posted to you confirming these details. The Schedule and Full Policy Wording together form your insurance policy.
