B04. Can I pay my premium by a debit or credit card?
Premiums can only be collected by Direct Debit. Only by collecting everyone's premium in bulk can we keep costs, and therefore your premiums, down.
If you miss a payment because the Direct Debit fails we do accept payment by cheque or postal order but this must be only an occasional event.
